Before you write
- Point out an error: this is the mail we welcome most. Please include the article link and where the mistake is, and once we have confirmed it we will fix it and log it on the Corrections page.
- Stuck on a step: try searching the Beginner FAQ first, since the answer is probably already there. For anything tied to your own account, such as a freeze, a risk-control hold, or an order dispute, there is nothing we can do, so contact Binance's official support directly. Note that official support only works inside the app and the official site, and anyone who messages you first claiming to be "support" is a scammer.
- Suggestions and topics: if there is a guide you would like to see, just ask.
- Business enquiries: we only promote platforms we use ourselves, so please do not write about sponsored posts or "guaranteed ranking" deals.
How fast we reply
The site is run by a few people in their spare time, so a reply usually takes a few days. Please bear with us. We will never ask you for your password, a verification code, a seed phrase, or any account credential. Any email that asks for these in our name is an impersonation, full stop.
